Refund Sahara Portal App: A Convenient Solution for Depositors
The Refund Sahara Portal App, developed by Urban Cube, is a free Android application designed to simplify the refund process for depositors of Sahara Group's cooperative societies. This platform, launched by the Union of India, aims to disburse up to Rs 5000 crore to depositors in the initial phase. With the app, depositors can claim up to Rs 10,000 as part of a trial initiative, which may increase based on the success of the trial.
To claim a refund on the Sahara Refund Portal, depositors must meet two conditions. Firstly, their Aadhaar should be linked to their mobile numbers and bank accounts. Secondly, they need to provide receipt details and fill out a form, which can be re-uploaded on the portal for further processing of the refund. The refund process is expected to be completed within 45 days after registering on the portal.
The Refund Sahara Portal App provides a convenient and accessible way for depositors to claim their refunds. By linking Aadhaar with mobile and bank accounts, depositors can easily provide the necessary information and track the progress of their refund. With the support of the Common Services Centre, depositors can receive guidance on the online registration process.
